Katy went above and beyond in helping us with our booking. Our intent was to go to the Beau to see Michael Bolton and she reserved our trip for that. Then Michael Bolton had to cancel his show for medical reasons. We asked Katy if we could switch our reservation date we we could leave from an airport closer to our home. She was able to do that for us and did it very quickly after we asked her to. She also arranged a scooter for my wife to use and it was waiting for her when we arrived to check-in. A big thank you to Katy!
